This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for books, reading, and education, and who enjoys working in a role that combines operations, project coordination, communication, and executive support.Responsibilities

Hands-on involvement in organizational operations and projects. Managing and coordinating multiple projects and initiatives. Handling professional communication on behalf of the CEO. Providing Executive PA support, including diary management, coordination, International travel arrangements and administrative assistance.Preparing written communication, reports, and presentations. Engaging with stakeholders across different levels. Requirements

Grade 12. Experience in the education sector would be highly advantageous. Strong writing and communication skills. Highly organised with excellent project coordination ability. Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. A genuine passion for literacy, books, and education.
