Minimum of Matric
Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the motor industry (essential)
Able to manage high customer expectations
Deal with Technicians and liaise with customers, regarding their vehicles
Excellent communication skills and a positive and professional disposition
Strong sense of ownership and follow-through and ability to work under pressure
