Job Summary

As an Auxiliary Nurse at Netcare Hospitals, you will play a crucial role in providing direct patient care, supporting the nursing team, and ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for our patients. Job Responsibilities

\* Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe patient environment, including tidying beds, changing linen, and ensuring supplies are readily available.

\* Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges, ensuring a smooth and supportive process.

\* Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, fostering a compassionate and caring atmosphere.

\* Effectively communicate with patients, their families, and the healthcare team to ensure coordinated care.

\* Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhanced patient care and operational efficiency.
