Role Overview We are seeking 3–4 strong, detail-oriented General Administrators to support both sales and technical workflows within a fast-paced business environment. These individuals will play a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency, accurate data management, and smooth coordination between departments.
The ideal candidates must be proactive, organised, process-driven, and comfortable working across multiple systems.
Key Responsibilities Sales Workflow Support:
Capturing and updating client information on CRM systems
Preparing quotations and sales documentation
Processing orders and tracking sales progress
Following up on outstanding documentation
Assisting with pipeline management and reporting
Technical Workflow Support:
Logging and tracking job cards / service requests
Coordinating technical teams and scheduling
Maintaining accurate job documentation
Updating workflow systems
General administrative support to technical department
General Administration:
Data capturing and data integrity management
Filing and document control
Email correspondence
Reporting and spreadsheet management
Assisting management with ad-hoc tasks
Minimum Requirements
Matric (Grade 12)
Min 5 years experience in an administrative role
Strong MS Office skills (Excel essential)
Experience working with CRM or workflow systems advantageous
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail

Strong multitasking ability

Professional and well-presented
Ability to work under pressure
