SAf Administrator page is loaded## SAf Administratorlocations: Port Elizabethtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: JR116433**Position: Administrator****Division Finance****Location Port Elizabeth****Reports To**Finance and Admin Manager and other person supervising him/her from time to time.**Primary Position Purpose**To assist with administration and work queries**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*** Reception duties, including welcoming clients and visitors* General office administration and filing* Typing of minutes, letters, contracts, and sub-consultancy agreements* Preparation of invoices, payment certificates, and WAFs* Collection and compilation of sundry information* Tender preparation, submission, and client liaison regarding queries* Administrative support to all Project Managers* Handling calls, emails, letters, and other communications* Screening phone calls and coordinating meetings* Minute taking and document/report formatting* Arranging travel and managing diaries for the Function Manager and Engineers**RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE*** 5+ years' experience in a similar role* Matric qualification* Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and ProjectWise)* Excellent verbal, written, and typing skills* Strong problem-solving and initiative-taking abilities* Detail-oriented and process-driven* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively**PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES*** Honest and trustworthy* Respectful* Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity* Be flexible* Able to work under pressure* Outgoing personality, responsible, self-motivated and confident**We are proud of the brilliant minds we have at SMEC and are committed to ensuring that our people have the best opportunities and resources to learn, grow and succeed.
