as an Accountant

Responsibilities

Own the financial reporting cycle, including monthly, quarterly and annual statements

Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring accuracy across revenue streams from recurring contracts and project base services

Prepare management accounts and KPI’s, delivering insights to support business decisions

Ensure compliance with Cayman Islands regulations and support audits with accurate and timely documentation

Manage payroll, statutory filings and pensions, keeping operations compliant and smooth

Maintain fixed asset register, including technical equipment, IT and installations

Support budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning with a focus on recurring revenue and operational efficiency

Strengthen internal controls and financial processes to support rapid business growth

Collaborate with operations, management, and external partners to provide financial insights and drive success

Requirements

Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) with minimum 3–5 years experience in accounting

Experience with IFRS or GAAP reporting

Familiarity with Cayman Islands regulatory requirements preferred

Comfortable with accounting software and ERP systems

Skilled in recurring revenue accounting and tracking project based income streams

Must be willing to relocate to the Cayman Islands
