Support About Role S4 is seeking a talented Creative Lead to join our dynamic Marketing Team.
Responsibilities Admin
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
Coordinate marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and social media content
Provide general administrative support to the marketing team
Manage and maintain the organisation’ssocial media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube)
Monitor and report on campaign performance, preparing basic analytics and insights
Graphic Design
Develop visual concepts to effectively communicate information and brand messages.
Design logos, brand assets, and elements of visual identity.
Produce graphics for social media platforms.
Create marketing materials such as brochures, posters, presentations, banners, and stickers.
Support the sales team by providing marketing resources informed by current trends.
Design infographics and illustrations.
Contribute to UI/UX design projects.
Content Creation
Conduct photography and videography.
Edit videos and photos, including motion graphics animation, sound editing, and colour grading.
Create rough storyboards and draft scripts for multimedia projects.
Digital Marketing
Build, update, and maintain company websites using WordPress.
Design Leadership&Brand Management
Oversee and coordinate marketing and design tasks to ensure content is consistent with the brand identity.
Collaborate with the marketing coordinator to conceptualize marketing plans and strategies.
Act as a brand custodian by maintaining the integrity of the brand across all outputs.
Manage and update asset libraries with logos, product images, and brand materials.
Assist with any other marketing-related tasks.
Event Support
Assist the marketing team with event planning, organisation, setup, and participation.
Ensure event branding and marketing materials are designed, produced, and executed to a high standard.
Basic Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Photography, Film, or a related field.
Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant design, multimedia, and content creation experience.
Additional Software Proficiency
Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
Figma
WordPress
Microsoft Office Suite (with strong PowerPoint skills)
Technical Skills
Graphic Design
Photography&Videography
Video Editing&Motion Graphics
UI/UX Design
