We are looking for energetic, customer focused individuals to join our founding retail team in Port Elizabeth. As a Retail Advisor, you will be at the heart of the customer experience, representing the Burnt Studios brand on the shop floor every day.

This role is about more than just sales, it is about creating meaningful customer interactions, maintaining high store standards, and contributing to a team that is building something new and exciting from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver excellent and consistent customer service that reflects the Burnt Studios brand experience.

Maintain high standards of store presentation, ensuring the shop floor is always clean, organised, and visually aligned.

Assist with stock replenishment and support smooth stock flow on the sales floor.

Accurately process transactions and follow all company policies and procedures.

Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily and overall store goals.

Support general store operations and contribute positively to team performance.

Experience&Qualifications

2–5 years of retail or customer‑facing experience.

Experience in a retail or service‑driven environment will be advantageous.

Matric or equivalent qualification required.
