Key Responsibilities

Oversee and delegate tasks to production staff

Ensure

SOPs&work instructions

are followed

Assist with

food safety, hygiene,&GMP compliance

Monitor staff performance&provide

on-the-job training

Support

inventory management&production efficiency

Requirements

Relevant qualification

Strongleadership&communication skills(English/Afrikaans)

Ability todelegate tasks&train staff

Understanding offood safety&production processes

Willingness to workovertime&night shiftswhen required

Located inPort Elizabeth(or within 30km radius)
