Buildings and Maintenance Supervisor, Port Elizabeth

Our client, who owns and manages a substantial portfolio of properties in Port Elizabeth, is seeking to appoint an experienced Building and Maintenance Supervisor to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in building maintenance, construction, or facilities management.Requirements: Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous! 5+ Years’ experience in Building / Maintenance / Construction / Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying. Valid driver’s license. Experience in managing a team, and knowledge of the relevant HR policies and procedures. Knowledgeable of Health&Safety policies and procedures. Excellent financial acumen, with the ability to plan and monitor budgets. Computer Literate. Responsibilities: Responsible for the management, maintenance, and upgrading of all the facilities, property and infrastructure. Compile annual Maintenance Plan.
