Providespurpose fit solutions through an in-depth understanding of specific clientneeds relating to the services the company provides. Engageswith clients on a regular basis to maintain sound relationships. Actsas primary contact between clients and company for purposes of:

o negotiatingprices within the parameters of the Authority Framework o providingcustomised solutions

Maintainsa current and updated database on all clients in own portfolio. Keepsinformed of legislative requirements pertaining to document&recordsmanagement. Ensureseffective classification of client information to ensure fast and accurateretrieval. Ensureseffective management of documentation and records as defined within thecustomer’s document retention strategy by informing customers of past duedates. Compilesand reports on boxes past due on a quarterly basis.DevelopAccount Plans as agreed with Sales Manager/ Sector Head for the allocatedPortfolio in order to leverage new opportunities and ensure customer retention. Reportssales and service statistics to the Sales&Service Manager/ Sector Head ona weekly basis. Ensuresthat the service offering provided satisfies customers’ needs and identifiesleads across their allocated Sector Heads within their Portfolios. Resolveall enquiries or queries escalated to you within a reasonable timeframe andcommunicates concerns relating to service delivery to Operations and torespective support and management personnel. Ensures remediation thereof.Ensurethat your portfolio is sufficiently serviced to ensure customer satisfaction. Ensurethat clients’ portfolios data integrity is accurately maintained. Assistswith preparing and presenting business proposals to both existing and newpotential customers Maintainsclose relationships with the Sector Head in order to capitalise onopportunities identified.Ensureseffective management of documentation and records as defined within thecustomer’s document retention strategy by informing customers of past duedates. Dealswith, resolves and reports on issues, concerns and complaints as relates toyour portfolio or allocated clients. Requirements

A tertiaryqualification in Sales, Marketing, or Retail Management Atleast 3 years’ experience in a sales/business development role preferably in Information Services/ Warehousing/ Logisticsor similar environment Accountmanagement experience in document management and archival related or similarindustry sales will be preferableMusthave business to business (B2B) experience Musthave an excellent track record in delivering high level sales presentations Musthave an excellent track record in meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly andannual sales targets Musthave experience in tender document preparation Experience in SAAS will beadvantageousKnowledgeofbusinessoutsourcing will be an advantage Proven track record of meeting or exceedingsales targets. Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
