Well established company is seeking a skilled and experienced
Payroll HR Administrator
to join their team.
Requirements
Matric certificate.
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources (HR).
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a mid to senior role.
Hands‑on experience with payroll software (preferably MP500 and PAYSPACE).
Knowledge
Strong understanding of employee benefits, deductions, and compliance requirements.
In-depth knowledge of South African labor laws and HR practices.
Responsibilities
Payroll Management
Process and administer payroll using MP500 and PAYSPACE software.
Ensure accuracy of employee salaries, deductions, and benefits.
Resolve payroll queries efficiently and ensure compliance with tax laws.
HR Administration
Maintain and update employee records in line with company policies.
Oversee employee benefits administration and ensure timely enrollment and changes.
Support performance management and training processes.
Compliance and Labor Law
Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with South African labor laws.
Keep up-to-date with changes in employment legislation and advise management accordingly.
Employee Relations
Address employee queries and concerns related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
Support management with disciplinary processes and conflict resolution.
HR Reporting
Prepare accurate and timely reports on payroll, employee benefits, and compliance.
Analyze HR metrics to support decision-making.
