A well-established and growing IT company is looking for a

Retail IT Sales Assistant

to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically minded individual with a passion for sales and customer service.

Role Overview This role is primarily

internal sales focused , assisting customers in-store and via phone/email, with occasional

external sales

and client visits. The successful candidate will combine strong IT knowledge with sales ability to drive revenue and deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with IT product selection and technical queries

Drive internal sales through walk-in, telephonic, and email enquiries

Process sales orders, quotations, and invoices

Maintain strong product knowledge across IT hardware and software

Build and maintain relationships with customers

Conduct occasional external sales visits to clients

Ensure the retail area is well presented and stocked

Work towards and achieve sales targets

Minimum Requirements

IT Qualification (essential)

Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle (essential)

Previous sales experience (preferably in IT or retail) will be advantageous

Strong understanding of IT products (hardware, networking, peripherals, etc.)

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
