Site Agent Roads&Earthworks: SACPCMP registration - EC, Port Elizabeth

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Site Agent with a SACPCMP registration in the Eastern Cape region. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of road and earthworks projects.

Key Responsibilities

Managing and coordinating all aspects of road and earthworks projects from start to finish

Ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget

Monitoring and enforcing health and safety regulations on site

Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress

Managing and motivating site staff to achieve project goals

Keeping detailed records of project progress and communicating updates to the project manager

Requirements

SACPCMP registration is mandatory

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred

Strong knowledge of road and earthworks construction techniques and materials

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Valid driver's license
