Senior Accountant, Port Elizabeth

Minimum Requirements

Proficiency in accounting software (Sage Evolution, Sage Intacct)

Financial Accounting Degree.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Accountant role.

Recent Stock and Fixed Asset experience essential.

Key Responsibilities

Manage general ledger and ensure accurate accounting.

Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.

Reconcile financial records.

Prepare monthly management accounts and reports.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Assist in audits and regulatory reporting.

Individuals will work closely with the Facility Managers and therefore excellent communication skills are essential as well as the ability to take initiative and support team efforts.

Ability to ensure accuracy in financial records and transactions.

Understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and compliance standards in South Africa.
