Eastern Cape (Hybrid: Port Elizabeth&Remote) R17,000. Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a strong and independent Reservations Manager for a luxury game reserve based in the Eastern Cape. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working three days remotely and two days from the head office in Port Elizabeth, starting at the beginning of May.Minimum Requirements

Proven experience in reservations management within luxury hospitality or safari lodges Strong knowledge of reservation systems and processes Independent, proactive, and highly organised Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work remotely while effectively managing team performanceStrong problem-solving and decision‑making abilities Key Responsibilities

Oversee all reservations operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy Manage reservation enquiries via phone, email, and booking platforms Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and direct guests Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless guest experiencesSupervise reservations team performance and provide guidance and support Monitor bookings, cancellations, and special requests to maximise revenue Maintain accurate records, reporting, and reservation system data Package&Benefits
