This two-year contract role requires managing large teams, meeting production and quality targets, and ensuring health and safety compliance.The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in harvesting management, a valid Drivers License, and strong leadership skills. Regular travel and site stays across the Eastern and Western Cape are expected.
