Description
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive Sales Administrator to join our team in Gqeberha, on a three-month contract. The successful candidate will be the backbone of our sales operations, ensuring that orders are processed seamlessly and customers receive exceptional service.

Key Performance Areas

Accurate and timely processing of all sales related orders.

Ensuring on-time delivery of stock to our customer base.

Proactively monitoring and ensuring stock availability.

Executing daily planning tasks to optimise workflow.

Acting as a key point of contact for customers, service providers and internal teams and general office administration.

Knowledge and Skills

This position requires an individual with Matric, a Three-year tertiary qualification in Office Administration or Logistics will be an added advantage.

1-2 years' experience in similar position, in an FMCG manufacturing environment.

Hands on experience ERP Management System is also required.

Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.

The successful candidate must have exceptional communication, problem-solving and administrative skills.

Proven ability to work independently and maintain performance standards under high-pressure conditions.
