Basic Requirements: Formal Tertiary education: Minimum Grade 12 Experience: 2-3 years’ experience in logistics/material handling Experience in automation industry preferable Computer literate (MS Office) Languages:

English– Read, write and speak (required) Afrikaans – Read, write and speak (optional)

Drivers Licence: Code 8- (required) Code 10 (advantageous)

Job Objectives: Receiving stock according to order, checking the following: Quantity Description Price Quality Allocate stock to specific projects (Accuracy) Issuing of all required stock including all project related stock items and consumables to required persons.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities: Receiving stock according to order, checking the following: Quantity Description Price Quality Accuracy Booking goods to stock or to specific project. Dispatching of all required goods with all relevant documents. Overdue orders to be followed up daily with Purchasing until received.General store duties Issuing of all required stock including all project related stock items and consumables to required persons. Stock Control– Doing daily checks on consumable and fast-moving items ensuring that stock never runs out. Liaising with Purchasers regarding new orders etc. General Housekeeping.Driving from time to time. Stock taking
