The role entails assisting with the full procurement process, including:

Procurement of products and services

  • Contract Management and Negotiation
  • Tender Management / RFQ process
  • Ensuring compliance with related laws and regulations
  • Reporting
  • Supplier performance evaluation
  • Maintaining and developing supplier relationships
  • Managing BBBEE Requirements
  • Market Analysis and reporting
  • Pricing Analysis and management

This is a high pressure role and requires someone with solid all-round experience in these areas - at least 3 - 5 years experience.

  • Completed Degree or Diploma in Procurement
  • CIPS Level 4 and above
  • Own vehicle
  • Professional communication skills (written and oral)
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Solution driven
  • Attention to detail
