The role entails assisting with the full procurement process, including:
Procurement of products and services
- Contract Management and Negotiation
- Tender Management / RFQ process
- Ensuring compliance with related laws and regulations
- Reporting
- Supplier performance evaluation
- Maintaining and developing supplier relationships
- Managing BBBEE Requirements
- Market Analysis and reporting
- Pricing Analysis and management
This is a high pressure role and requires someone with solid all-round experience in these areas - at least 3 - 5 years experience.
- Completed Degree or Diploma in Procurement
- CIPS Level 4 and above
- Own vehicle
- Professional communication skills (written and oral)
- Strong negotiation skills
- Solution driven
- Attention to detail
