General Engineering Supervisor, Bapong

The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not be limited to:

· Effective planning, construction and maintenance of plant and infrastructure
· Effective implementation and administration of necessary systems
· Manage budget control and forecasting
· Support the overall business management of the project
· Conduct risk analysis and mitigate quality management risks
· Competent, motivated, disciplined and positive team
· Effective self and team supervision in alignment with clients values and leadership initiatives
· Effective stakeholder engagements
· Compliance with SHEQ, client standards, policies, procedures and safety protocols

Effective leadership, supervision, performance management and development of TMM rebuilding
teams
? Effective and efficient stripping, assessing and planning of TMM rebuild jobs, with technical
accountability to cost and schedule, and commissioning within an ISO 9001 document-controlled
environment, in line clients policies, quality standards and procedures
? Build in a respectful way, keep work teams motivated and committed to completing tasks to high
standards, exceed job targets and client expectations
? Maintain a high standard of good housekeeping
? Proactive risk identification and mitigation in line with safety regulations and clients standards,
policies and procedures

Management of all Electrical maintenance and installations to schedule
? Supervision and technical skills development of Artisans
? Ordering of equipment / machinery parts in a well-planned way
? Ensure that the site mining equipment and machinery is maintained according to maintenance schedule
? Competent, motivated, disciplined and positive team player
