Service Administrator, Midrand

Job Scheduling and planning for national and international customers including travel arrangements.

Generating of customer quotations local and International from emails / Telephonic requests received

Client liaison whiles Highly organized and detail-oriented

Able to make quick decisions and solve technical problems (within knowledge ability) to provide an efficient environment for service implementation

Multi-tasker who can work under pressure and meet deadlines

Generate test report from supplied test results including the reporting thereof

Manage equipment calibration and maintenance registers and renewals thereof

Participate in maintaining the quality management system and accreditation (where applicable)

Deliver excellent customer service

Ensure that all administration and reporting is kept up to date (Within scope of control)

Generating costing spreadsheets for services and freight requests

Plan Service trips – Maps and distance

Travel arrangements and accommodation

Issue travel insurance, extend and reduce dates as required

Do weekly work schedules for staff, and individual jobs for the following week

Maintain Out of Country & Job Schedules – both Electronic & Manual

Email suppliers to source filters sizes and prices for spares and to update database with filter sizes

Receive Office Notifications of repair and do quotes for repairs and re-certification

Issue Sales Orders to stores for repairs to freight or local for repairs

Do order requisition to Procurement to order spares and filters and Cross Trade to African Countries

Check emails and respond

Update job tracker with quotes, PO's, Sales Orders, Requisitions, AFMS Po's, Suppliers etc. and give Job numbers.
