Server/Field Engineer - Johannesburg - On-Site Support
We're hiring a skilled Server/Field Engineer to manage and support server and network infrastructure for multiple clients across Johannesburg. You'll handle installations, system monitoring, troubleshooting, and virtualization in dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure & maintain Windows/Linux servers
- Support virtual platforms (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Troubleshoot OS, hardware & networking issues
- Manage backups, security, AD, DNS, DHCP
- 3+ years' experience in server or systems engineering
- Windows/Linux proficiency
- Strong understanding of virtualization & scripting
- Valid driver's license and client-facing professionalism
Certifications & cloud skills (AWS/Azure) a plus.
