As a
Salesforce Solution Architect (Senior Manager) , you will be responsible for architecting, governing, and delivering transformative Salesforce solutions for enterprise clients. You will lead cross‑functional teams, translate business strategy into scalable technical designs, and serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders. This role requires deep Salesforce expertise, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive complex digital transformation initiatives from vision to execution.
Lead end‑to‑end architecture for multi‑cloud Salesforce implementations, ensuring scalable, secure, and high‑performing solutions.
Translate complex business requirements into well‑architected solutions leveraging Salesforce best practices, integration patterns, and data models.
Evaluate existing systems and develop modernization or consolidation strategies aligned with client goals.
Create detailed architecture artifacts including ERDs, integration diagrams, data models, security models, and technical design documents.
Client Advisory&Strategy
Partner with C‑level and senior leadership to define CRM strategy, roadmap, and governance frameworks.
Provide expert guidance on Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, licensing, and product suite optimization.
Conduct architecture reviews, solution assessments, and technical health checks.
Project Delivery&Leadership
Oversee large‑scale Salesforce delivery engagements as an architecture lead and senior advisor.
Manage multidisciplinary teams including consultants, developers, analysts, and offshore resources.
Ensure alignment between functional design, technical implementation, and business value.
Establish standards for code quality, integration, DevOps, testing, and release management.
Define integration strategies using APIs, middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft), and event‑driven architectures.
Design robust data governance frameworks including data quality, migration, lineage, and security.
Oversee complex data migration approaches and lead technical resolution of data challenges.
Governance&Best Practices
Establish architectural governance, enforce platform standards, and guide clients through architectural decision‑making.
Implement best practices for scalability, performance, security, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, FedRAMP depending on industry).
Drive continual improvement through reusable assets, templates, and knowledge‑sharing.
Team&Practice Development
Mentor and develop junior architects, consultants, and technical staff.
Contribute to practice development by shaping methodologies, accelerators, offerings, and thought leadership.
Support pre‑sales activities including scoping, estimating, solution design, and proposal development.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Salesforce solution design, consulting, or enterprise architecture roles.
Proven experience leading enterprise‑scale, multi‑cloud Salesforce implementations.
Deep expertise in core Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Platform) and at least one advanced cloud (e.g., Marketing Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud, CPQ, Commerce).
Strong knowledge of integration patterns, APIs, security models, LDV (large data volumes), and DevOps best practices.
Experience working with middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica) and cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and engage executive‑level stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce certifications such as:
Certified Application Architect / Certified System Architect
Certified Technical Architect (CTA)—highly preferred
Cloud‑specific certifications (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, Platform Developer II)
MuleSoft certifications (nice to have)
Experience with Agile/SAFe methodologies.
Strong communication, client management, and executive presentation skills.
Background working in a consulting or professional services environment.
