Midrand (Hybrid– 2–3 days office)

±R700,000 per annum (Gross)

About The Role Our client is expanding its global development division into South Africa and is seeking a Unity Developer to support the graphics and interactive gaming platform. This role will focus on the development of high-performance, real‑time graphical environments and gaming interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain interactive gaming interfaces using Unity

Implement graphical features and animations

Optimise performance of real‑time 3D systems

Work closely with global product teams

Participate in testing and code reviews

Support ongoing enhancements and new product features

Requirements

3–6+ years Unity development experience

Strong C# programming skills

Experience building 2D/3D real‑time applications

Understanding of performance optimisation

Experience in gaming, simulation, or interactive systems advantageous

Ability to work independently in hybrid environment

Preferred

Experience in regulated or casino environments

Knowledge of graphics pipelines

Strong debugging capability

Interview Process

Initial interview + technical assessment (same session)

Final interview (if required)
