Hire Resolve is looking for a highly qualified and experienced Senior Finance Manager with a CA(SA) qualification to join our team in the mining industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis within the mining sector.

Responsibilities

Oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability

Manage the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and other financial reports

Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide insights to senior management

Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements

Manage a team of finance professionals and provide leadership and guidance

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and government agencies

Requirements

CA(SA) qualification is essential

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior finance role within the mining industry

Strong knowledge of financial management principles, practices, and regulations

Proven track record of financial leadership and strategic planning

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office suite
