We are searching for an experienced and dynamic Geoscience Manager. This role will be responsible for managing and developing the Geoscience department, ensuring operational excellence, quality, and continuous professional growth within the team.
The successful candidate will oversee all geoscientific projects from planning through to execution, guaranteeing that project outcomes are delivered with accuracy, timeliness, and in alignment with client expectations. You will provide expert technical guidance across exploration, mining, and engineering projects, reviewing and contributing to technical proposals, methodologies, and documentation to uphold high standards of geoscientific practice.
Key responsibilities include managing departmental performance via measurable KPIs and fostering capability development through the Company's best practices. Representing Digital Surveying in professional engagements and managing departmental resources, systems, and processes to meet both operational and client demands are integral aspects of the role.

Requirements We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Geoscience Manager to lead our Digital Surveying division. The successful candidate will hold a tertiary qualification in Geology, Geophysics, or a related Geoscience field and demonstrate proven leadership within geoscience or mining exploration settings.
This role requires hands-on expertise in core drilling, downhole surveys, and geoscience data reporting, with a strong grasp of data acquisition processes and QA/QC protocols. Project management skills in construction, exploration, and mining environments are essential.
As Geoscience Manager, you will exhibit excellent organisational, leadership, and communication abilities, collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams and clients across diverse geographies and cultures.
