Job Overview The Head of Product / Brand Marketing holds a pivotal role in driving the success of Stellantis' product line, spearheading strategic initiatives to enhance its performance and leading a cross‑functional team dedicated to its improvement. With a holistic approach, this position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities centred around deepening product, market, and customer understanding.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the development and implementation of the Brand strategy, and communicate this across the company, aligning all departments on the product vision.
Develop a 360-degree marketing campaign including PR, Media and dealer involvement.
Manage brand life cycles holistically, across product development and communication campaigns.
Manage relationship of creative and media agencies where relevant
Oversee and collaborate on car flow planning.
Maintain relationships with region and global brand counterparts
Understand and document the market landscape, customer needs, and competitive analysis. Monitor trends, conduct market research, and collect feedback to inform product development.
Lead the strategy and execution of brand launches, working collaboratively with different departments to ensure smooth and successful introductions.
Design and implement effective go-to-market strategies that position brand to appeal to the target audience.
Collaborate closely with teams across the organization, including sales, product management, and marketing to align product strategy with broader company goals.
Equip the sales team with the tools and training they need to be successful, including brand datasheets, competitive battle cards, presentations, and sales scripts.
Engage with customers and gather feedback to inform brand decisions and enhancements. Use data to understand customer behaviours and needs.
Develop compelling brand messaging and positioning that resonates with customers and differentiates our brands in the market.
Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in product marketing, ideally with 5 years within the automotive industry. This should include experience in managing a team and working with cross-functional groups.
Significant experience in a product marketing role, with a track record of successfully bringing products to market.
Experience in leading a team and managing cross-functional projects.
Experience conducting and applying market research to inform product and marketing strategies.
Experience working with sales teams, with an understanding of sales processes and challenges.
Experience managing products across different stages of the product lifecycle.
