Salesforce Solution Architect Consultant (Senior Manager), Midrand

What You’ll Do

Architect end-to-end, multi-cloud Salesforce solutions for large enterprise clients— secure, scalable, and built to last

Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, defining CRM strategy, roadmaps, and governance frameworks

Lead cross-functional delivery teams across the full project lifecycle

Design integration strategies using APIs, MuleSoft, and event‑driven architectures alongside robust data governance frameworks

Establish architectural standards, enforce platform best practices, and mentor the next generation of Salesforce talent

Contribute to pre‑sales activities — scoping, estimating, and designing winning proposals

What You’ll Bring

10+ years in Salesforce solution design, consulting, or enterprise architecture

Proven experience leading large‑scale, multi-cloud Salesforce implementations

Deep expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and at least one advanced cloud (Marketing Cloud, FSC, Health Cloud, CPQ)

Strong knowledge of integration patterns, APIs, LDV, security models, and DevOps best practices

Experience with middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi) and cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Confident engaging and influencing executive stakeholders

Bonus Points

Certified Technical Architect (CTA)— highly valued

Certified Application Architect / System Architect

MuleSoft certification

Agile / SAFe methodology experience

Background in consulting or professional services
