The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the management of inventory, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. This position involves interacting with various departments to streamline inventory processes and enhance efficiency.

  Responsibilities :

Manage and oversee the arrangement, maintenance, and reporting of inventory levels across the organization Perform regular cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy Analyze discrepancies and work closely with multiple departments to resolve issues Prepare and maintain detailed inventory reports for management review Assist in developing inventory management strategies to minimize loss and optimize resources Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies Lead inventory reconciliation processes and ensure timely financial reporting Monitor inventory turnover rates and identify trends for improvement Collaborate with the finance team on budgeting and forecasting related to inventory

  Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Logistics, or a related field Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inventory management or accounting, preferably in the industrial sector Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Computer literate in fully integrated computer system . Baan, SAP, BPCS etc. Previous stock inventory knowledge and experiences
