Junior Site Manger, Midrand

Overview

Hire Resolve is currently seeking a motivated and proactive Junior Site Manager to join our client in Midrand, Gauteng. As a Junior Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the coordination and management of construction projects, ensuring smooth operations and successful project completion.

Responsibilities

Assist in overseeing daily operations at construction sites, ensuring projects are on schedule and within budget. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor quality control and adherence to safety protocols on site. Assist in resolving any issues that may arise during construction. Keep detailed records of project progress and report updates to senior management.

Requirements:

English as a first language, male candidates preferred. Valid driver’s license. Previous experience in shop fitting and/or construction highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and adapt to changing circumstances. Sober habits and medically fit for site work. Excellent people and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Willingness to travel as necessary and work flexible hours to meet project deadlines. Time-conscious and able to prioritise tasks effectively.
