Our client in the fashion industry is looking for a experienced Logistics Coordinator to join their dynamic teamMinimum requirements:
Matric Fluent in English (written and spoken) SAP Business One experience and a diploma/certificate in Logistics would be an advantage Working knowledge of MS Office especially Excell Experience working with imports/international trade and the document processes Attention to detail and accuracy with in a fast paced, high-pressure environment Processing purchase orders for imports Liaising with suppliers to ensure orders are produced and shipped on time and in full Coordinating and communicating packing and labelling requirements with suppliers Onboarding and verification of new suppliers Checking shipping documents to ensure all goods are shipped as ordered Approving bookings with freight forwarder for import orders Ongoing engagement with freight forwarders to ensure on-time clearance and delivery Reporting and submitting claims for any shortages or damages Weekly reporting on order statuses and arrival dates Arranging courier shipments as and when required Other general duties as may be required Consultant: Andri Joubert - Dante Personnel Greenstone
