Our Client is a global leader in networking and smart technology, offering reliable, high-performance products and solutions to homes and businesses, and they are an international distributor. The company is expanding its footprint in the commercial and enterprise space, and is looking for a B2B Key Account Manager (Networking & Connectivity Solutions to drive growth and build long-term partnerships in the region.
 
We are seeking an experienced B2B Key Account Manager with a proven track record of managing and growing direct business accounts within the ICT/ Networking/ Technology environment.
 
This role requires hands-on experience in solution-based sales, with the ability to engage business customers, understand their requirements, and drive long-term account growth.

Position Overview:
You will take ownership of key business accounts, driving revenue growth through
relationship management, solution selling, and commercial execution. This is a client- facing role requiring strong engagement with both business and technical stakeholders.

Required qualification and working knowledge:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, ICT, Networking, or a related
  • 3 – 5 years proven experience in B2B sales / key account management.
  • Direct experience selling into business or enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell solutions, not just products.
  • Basic understanding of networking or technology environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen (pricing, margins, deal structuring).
  • Strong pipeline management and sales discipline.
  • Knowledge of product lines to include SMB Networking, CCTV Surveillance, Smart Home devices, and ISP Solutions.
  • Previous experience in B2B channel sales or technical sales within ICT and Networking.
  • Understanding of networking, surveillance, or smart home


Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow relationships with corporate, SME, and enterprise clients.
  • Drive revenue through solution-based sales (networking and connectivity products).
  • Identify opportunities to expand accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Engage with procurement, IT teams, and decision-makers within client organisations.
  • Prepare and manage quotations, pricing, and commercial proposals.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and forecast revenue accurately.
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams to support client requirements.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and account retention.
