Primary Responsibilities
Assist in client services.
Rentals of property.
Drafting and implementation of marketing strategy, and measurement of effectivity of strategy.
Analysis of marketing statistics to adjust and improve strategy.
Participate in the design of marketing and the draft of advertisements and other marketing materials.
Market research.
Qualifications
Grade 12 minimum.
Tertiary qualification in Business or Marketing will be advantageous.
Experience
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Real Estate, Sales or Property Management would be advantageous.
Skills / Core Competencies
Must be able to sell.
Excellent people skills and good interpersonal relations.
Administrative ability to create, implement and follow workflow systems.
Excellent understanding of the principles of sales and marketing and the ability to apply it.
Ability to establish a trusting client relationship, communicate clearly with clients, identify needs of clients.
Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint&Outlook.
