Description
Datacentrix is looking for an Export Administrator with Supply Chain/Project Management qualification. Applicants must have imports and exports experience, logistics/supply chain experience, SHEQ experience (ISO9001), Sage ERP System transactions (receipts etc.) processing and approvals experience, transaction analysis, investigations, reconciliations and query resolution, staff management, Identifying and providing Internal training.

Role Description:
  • The candidate will be responsible to coordinate all export transactions ensuring implementation and execution of controls and compliance, including staff management, constantly measured output and risk reduction
  • Maintain and update exports policies, processes as well as per country requirements.
  • Personal responsibility to provide expert guidance on all queries related to imports and exports shipments to management, sales and logistics staff, including statutory and regulatory compliance, company policy requirements, risk assessments on destinations, HS codes, incoterms, insurance, risks, etc.
  • Intervening in, and assessing and resolving all queries, investigations, problem transactions, complex transactions relating to exports
  • Vendor/Supplier and contractor management and coordination via conformance and performance management
  • SHEQ compliance aligned to ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 and 45001:2017 standards
  • Preparation of all freight forwarder reconciliations and coordination of sign off, control of all records ensuring conformance with all forex rules collation of high-level reporting including management, analytical and statistical input to output
  • Drafting, implementing and maintaining policies and procedures, including all quality documentation
  • Coordination of all projects related to exports
  • Management and reporting of all outstanding sales and purchase orders
  • Statistical and performance evaluation and reporting related to exports
  • The candidate will be the liaison between business and freight forwarder, preparing information for management approval and manage queries to resolution recording issues and proposing corrective and preventative action
  • Transacting of receipts and other system transactions required
