QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER – CLOTHING & FOOTWEAR

A leading retail and warehouse operation is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee all quality control processes for clothing and footwear products within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing:
- Fit approvals and garment measurements
- Bulk inspections and defect management
- QA workbooks and technical documentation
- Supplier communication and quality compliance
- Factory visits and supplier audits
- Warehouse quality support and investigations
- Continuous quality improvement initiatives

Key Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Clothing Production, Fashion Design, Garment Technology, Quality Management, or related field
Minimum 3 years’ experience in clothing/footwear QA, garment manufacturing, retail inspections, or warehouse quality control
Strong understanding of garment and footwear construction, fabrics, trims, measurements, AQL standards, and bulk inspections
Previous supervisory or management experience advantageous
Proficient in Microsoft Office
