Staff cover a wide range of roles from accounting, marketing, data management, HR, sales/ account management, engineering, technology, and operations.We are our client's Strategic HR partner in location. Potentiam manage our staff’s career development and personal development training, all infrastructure, HR,&payroll with our clients directly managing day to day staff responsibilities and role training and development. We are an ambitious high-performance company and are best suited to those who want to achieve the best and will work relentlessly to achieve such levels and are keen to make things happen.Purpose of the role: The HRBP role involves working closely with the Senior HRBP&Head of HR in the location to deliver high performance HR for all the‘Offshore Resources’ employed by Potentiam for their clients. This unique role requires the dual capabilities of managing clients (mainly in the UK, Ireland&Northern Europe) and local Resources (“staff’) to ensure simultaneous delivery of the clients ‘Offshore strategy’ as agreed with the Client and their relationship director and the individuals career aspirations of the clients staff through of an effective agreed HR strategic plan. This necessitates the role to have an internalfocus on our client's staff and an external focus on our clients to ensure consistent alignment and engagement. This is not your usual HR role, it requires strategic management, thought leadership and advisory/stakeholder management in respect to each client, and hands-on operational capability to own&proactively resolve any issues that arise with individual staff and steer both to a successfully conclusion for all parties. Duties and Responsibilities: CLIENTS&STAFF (Resources) 1st point of contact for clients and their staff. Successfully onboarding new staff and conducting probation reviews with clients against specific agreed KPIs. Developing and maintaining engagement of staff you are responsible for. Monthly review with each and all Client staff you are responsible for through a defined company process&reporting structure. Conducting monthly&quarterly reviews with Clients and identifying any issues the Clients or staff have that necessitate a solution. Resolving any Client issues identified in a timely manner, mitigating any risks. Provide guidance on local HR laws and compliance proactively and retrospectively to clients. Regular check-ins with employees to keep a finger on the pulse.Manage&set up an L&D plan for each member of staff in alignment with the client to cover general development, coaching and training initiatives as a retention and engagement tool. Prepare annual salary reviews after analysing all data from current career vertical benchmarking, team, growth and economic indices. (Potentiam database for salary guidance to provide guidance)Disciplinary and performance management in partnership with clients including close support for performance concerns. Manage employee retention and where necessary ensure a smooth change to a replacement staff member as required. POTENTIAM RELATIONSHIP DIRECTORS&HEAD OF HR IN COUNTRY Working closely with Relationship Directors to align the Offshore Strategy the client has bought into with HR strategy used for delivery. Work closely with the Head of HR and other HRBP’s on bringing the company culture to life through events and other activities. Contribute to the HR team on the strategic vision development to improve our approach and identify any gaps in processes or approach where we could improve.Maintain professional development with the latest HR developments and approaches. Background and Experience: You will be a very experienced HR professional having worked at just below Head of HR in a medium sized business for several years with 10+ years proven and demonstratable experience. You will be used to dealing at Director level and be able to be comfortable doing so especially when having to deal with difficult situations requiring a‘push back’.Relish working in a fast-paced environment; building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders (Clients&staff). Substantial experience in working with staff within a broad range of roles; finance / digital marketing / technology / data analytics, etc. Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines. Forward looking proactive thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions, whilst assessing the need for collaboration and/or escalation.A high level of commercial awareness and a focus on productivity. Analytical and problem-solving oriented skills. Adaptability to handle competing demands whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail. Demonstrable collaboration and teamworking skills and networking ability. Thorough understanding of labour law, BCEA and compliance requirements.A BS degree in HR or a related field would be advantageous.
