Finance Manager Position

Interpretation of Financial Results:

Analyze and interpret the company's financial performance, providing insightful recommendations for improvement to management. Process Optimization:

Identify and address bottlenecks within the company to enhance overall efficiency and throughput. Working Capital Management:

Oversee working capital facilities with a focus on creditors and inventory management. Financial Compliance:

Ensure adherence to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and maintain accuracy and completeness of trial balance month on month. Financial Reporting:

Assist with the preparation of annual financial statements, monthly management accounts, and Board of Directors packs. Team Management:

Lead and manage the accounts payable team, setting and reviewing annual KPIs for reporting staff. Asset Management:

Maintain fixed and tax asset registers, conducting annual impairment tests and reconciliations. Financial Analysis:

Conduct in-depth financial analysis and reviews, identifying cost reduction opportunities and preparing ad hoc reports as required. Relationship Management:

Build and maintain relationships with banks, suppliers, team members, and external auditors. Core Competencies:
