Job Responsibilities/Specific Duties Accounting/Finance Experience with Debtors and Creditors Financial Planning and Forecasting Managing Payroll Proficiency in Quickbooks or Pastel Ensures compliance with organizational policies and procedures Records and accounts for daily transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness of files and supporting documentationManages cash flow, bank accounts, and petty cash fund Processes cash disbursements according to policies and approval levels Processes payroll, remits taxes, and reports to government agencies Handles full accounts payable functions, from procurement to invoice payments Processes employee expense reimbursementsEnsures timely payments to payees and maintains payee files Prepares monthly financial and internal management reports Performs month-end and year-end closing duties Performs other related tasks as assigned Office Operations/Administration Manages office operations and administration Keeps registration requirements current and manages statutory returns and renewalsOversees local IT contracts, ensuring infrastructure needs are met, including IT equipment maintenance, security, and backups
