The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial management, sales operations, and inventory control. They will demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and be capable of implementing strategic initiatives to drive profitability and ensure adherence to company policies.Minimum Requirements

Matric 3-year qualification in Business Management or Commerce 8 - 10 years in a senior management level Proficient in MS Office and Excel Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and sales closing skills Duties&Responsibilities

Proficient in financial management principles with the ability to analyze margins, discounts, and budgetary constraints to drive profitability. Experience in sales operations management, ensuring adherence to company protocols and optimizing sales processes for efficiency. Demonstrate expertise in inventory control methods, including receipt verification and cycle counting, to maintain accurate stock levels.Exhibit strong leadership qualities with the capacity to motivate and guide teams toward achieving goals while maintaining adherence to company policies and standards. Capable of formulating and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance profitability and efficiency within the branch or department.Important Notes
