Product Manager (UPS systems), Midrand

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute product strategies for the UPS portfolio Manage the full product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities Provide technical and commercial support to the sales team Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and key stakeholdersPrepare product pricing models, forecasts, and business cases Drive product training and technical presentations for internal teams and clients Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements Monitor market trends in power quality and backup power solutions Minimum Requirements:

BEng / BTech / National Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Minimum 6 years’ experience in a Product Management role within the power, electrical, or UPS industry Strong knowledge of UPS systems, power quality, and backup power solutions Proven experience in market analysis, product positioning, and portfolio managementCommercial acumen with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities
