We are looking for an experienced Exports Logistics Team Leader to join our Warehouse/Logistics team. The purpose of the role will be to focus on order fulfillment, directing and coordinating the team tasked with receiving&shipping of goods; making the shipping process more efficient and streamlining communications with carriers and the International Sales Team. Duties will include: Prepare shipping documentation, including packing lists, labeling, etc. Create and validate product workflow from origin to customer.Create Transfer Journals. Request and follow up on shipping quotes. Maintain communication with Freight Forwarders. Weekly status report to International Sales Team. Maintain ready for collection/shipping reports. Maintain warehouse accuracy with monthly stock takes. Desired Requirements:

Strong warehousing background with at least 5 years experience in Logistics. Ability to work in a fast-paced and digitized warehouse environment. Proven experience in a leadership role within a warehouse. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications. SYSPRO knowledge. The ability to multitask.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Speak, read, and write English efficiently. Some heavy lifting may be required. Basic math skills are required. What we offer:
