We are looking for a Marketing Performance Data Specialist to help analyse, optimise and strengthen our digital marketing ecosystem. We are looking for a highly technical Marketing Performance Data Specialist to work directly within our marketing data and campaign platforms. This hands-on role focuses on analysing campaign performance, building reporting systems, automating data flows and improving tracking across Google Ads, Meta, CRM and analytics platforms. The ideal candidate enjoys working with data, dashboards, tracking systems and campaign platforms to identify performance opportunities and solve problems.What you\'ll be responsible for Digital Performance&Optimisation: Analysing and optimising paid digital campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn and TikTok. Identifying performance trends, risks and opportunities across leads, feet, deals and cost per approval. Designing, executing and evaluating campaign tests. Identify performance issues and implementing optimisation actions.Analytics&Reporting: Building, maintaining and enhancing Power BI dashboards and reporting models. Working with large datasets from ad platforms, CRM systems (e.g. Bitrix), portals and internal systems. Automating reporting where possible to reduce manual effort and improve turnaround time. Translating complex data into clear insights and executive-ready narratives.Systems&Process Improvement: Assisting with improving data quality, tracking accuracy and reporting consistency. Supporting integration testing between platforms (ads, CRM, portals, analytics tools). Identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce single points of failure. Contributing to documentation and playbooks for reporting and optimisation processes.Strategic&Collaborative Support: Working as part of team of digital marketing consultants (paid portals) to support cross-channel alignment. Providing independent analysis and outside-in recommendations informed by industry best practice. Supporting AI-driven initiatives related to reporting, optimisation and automation.Participating in digital status meetings and contribute to planning and prioritisation. Experience: 3–5 Years’: experience in digital marketing analytics, performance marketing, or data analysis. Proven experience working independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads essential).Experience with Power BI advantageous (data modelling, DAX, Power Query). Experience with CRM and analytics/tracking tools (advantageous). Key skills and competencies: A solid understanding of relational datasets. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability. The ability to convert data into clear, actionable insights.Personal Attributes Highly proactive and driven. Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality. A team player with experience in supporting and mentoring junior team members.
