Job Description

We are looking for an expert with prior experience in financial accounting and Treasury processes who can ensure business and technical roll-out activities on a global scale. This is a long-term fixed contract (Renewable&Ongoing). Responsibilities

Coordinating and overseeing market rollout activities for the product. Maintaining oversight over the Feature Team specific processes&structures. Ensuring that the Feature Team solution for a market is implemented&tested. FIT-To-Template Responsibilities

Conducting all FIT/GAP workshops&introducing the template processes to markets. Ensuring that Fit-to-Template workshops result in FITs or pre-evaluated GAPs. Organizing and ensuring discussions on potential GAPs with the FT experts. Maintaining documentation of findings according to the centrally provided documentation approach (e.g., Process FIT).Ensuring that the required data collection sheets are filled out (master data&customizing). Ensuring business and technical roll-out activities are considered in the Feature Team’s wave planning/backlog. Overseeing Feature Team specific defects and coordinating resolution of defects. Planning training and ensuring training is conducted. Ensuring migration mapping workshops take place and result in final mappings.Collecting and addressing authorization topics to the right colleagues. Supporting FT specific UAT planning, FT specific cutover activities collection&migration, and coordinating during the stabilization phase. Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter. Minimum Requirements

BCOM in Accounting. Chartered Accountant or MBA (advantageous). In-depth Process Knowledge. Change Management skills. Excellent and articulate communication skills. Ability to influence and engage with authority. Strong business acumen. In-depth understanding of and prior experience in financial accounting and Treasury processes, e.g., Bank Statement Processing, Bank Account Management, In House Bank and Cash Management, Payment Optimization (Advanced Payment Management); Payment XML Formats.Beneficial Qualifications

Experience in global SAP template rollouts. IT Knowledge (SAP very advantageous). Agile methodology experience. German speaking. Package&Remuneration
