We are seeking a motivated and driven Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about property sales, client service, and achieving targets. This role requires someone who is proactive, confident, and able to generate leads and close deals in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling and networking

List, market, and sell residential properties

Conduct property viewings and client consultations

Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Stay up to date with market trends and property values

Meet and exceed sales targets

Requirements

Must be able to work full-time

Must reside in Midrand

Must have a reliable vehicle

Proven cold calling experience

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

Previous real estate experience is an advantage (but not essential)
