Based in MidrandMinimum requirements:
 Sage Evolution experience crucial. Must have intermediate excel experience i.e. formulas and pivot tables. Have a small creditors book and a small asset register. 
Creditors are predominantly imports.
Debtors are not included however a monthly reconciliation is required.
Would be advantageous if they have import knowledge and understand the paperwork.

Essential Diploma or certificate in Accounting, Finance, or Bookkeeping Com Degree in Accounting (preferred) 5+ years of relevant bookkeeping or accounting experience Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles – IFRS for SME’s Import regulations around customs documents (preferred)
 Responsibilities include:
General Ledger Accounts Payable Cashbook / Bank Related Transactions Journals Accruals Inventory - Capturing of stock; Assisting with stock count; Exports - All export related documentation to be retained on file by export; Imports / FEC - Schedule of forex payments and prepayments to be loaded onto the forex schedule and batched in the relevant folder.
