The ideal candidate is a technically strong developer with 3 5 years of relevant experience, capable of working across both front-end and back-end systems.

Requirements

• IT Degree or Diploma advantageous
• 3 5 years relevant full stack development experience
• Proven track record in implementing and monitoring solutions
• Experience in manual or automated testing
• Agile working experience advantageous

Role Responsibilities

Core Development & DevOps

• Develop and maintain applications across front-end and back-end.
• Provide support for existing solutions and contribute to DevOps practices.
• Ensure compliance with code standards and unit testing.

• Participate in all agile ceremonies.
• Meet with end users to gather business requirements.
• Refine and size user stories for development.

Documentation, Quality & Mentorship

• Prepare system and technical documentation (ISO standards).
• Identify and resolve risks or impediments proactively.
• Share knowledge, mentor, and coach team members.
