We are seeking an

Electrical Project Engineer

to for a project based on plant in Lephalale, Limpopo, South Africa. This is a technically hands‑on role suited for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about power generation and electrical engineering. Key Responsibilities

Project Technical Assurance during the establishment of end‑of‑phase baselines as per Design Review Procedure. Application of sound engineering judgement and application of engineering practice inline with ECSA code of conduct and requirements. Review Design and Construction Documentation (including drawings, design reports, specification and data books) throughout all project phases.Perform Engineering Change Management in accordance to applicable procedure. Resolution of technical challenges during the execution of a project Perform Handover activities such as plant walk‑downs. Develop outage scope of work (where applicable). Ensures that the plant is built according to the design and specifications.Ensures that the As‑Built deliverables accurately reflect the built plant. Ensures that the plant is commissioned in accordance with the design and specification Provide engineering support to project control, project administration and construction team. Provide engineering during Commissioning to ensure safe and sound plant operatingProvide engineering during manufacturing to ensure good quality of manufactured hardware/equipment. Provide engineering during construction to ensure quality assurance during construction. Responsible for monitoring and tracking compliance of construction and commissioning as per the design. Assume responsible for the first line addressing of Contract and any arising technical queries.Provide supervision and guidance to junior engineers where applicable. Perform inspection of materials and equipment against the original design Performs reporting on engineering work, technical risks and non‑conformance on construction and commissioning. Developments of technical documentations (Baseline reports, Technical Specifications, Scope or Works, Reports, Technical Evaluation strategies and Investigation Reports).Qualifications&Skills

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering. Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ electrical engineering experience (design engineering experience preferential). In‑depth knowledge of South African electrical standards and renewable energy systems. Able to relocate or already based in Lephalale, Limpopo.Understanding and previous experience within a power station environment (advantageous).
