The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

•Be in possession of a Foreman Certificate/ Supervisor Course

•3 Years Supervisory experience

•Boilermaker Trade Test

•N6 Certificate

•Boilermaker trade qualification

•5 years’ experience in heavy industry (experience in cement plant will be advantageous).

•Extensive experience in maintenance system implementation and strategies.
