A large Mining Company based in the Northern Cape province has a great opportunity for an Officer Training Mining. The roe will entail the candidate to develop and deliver training interventions and responsible for the application of the full training cycle in the mining discipline. The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

•Certificate: Grade 12

•Board and Pillar Mining experience

•National Certificate Occupationally Directed Education Training and Development Practices

•Bachelors Human Resource Development (Alternative)

•Blasting Certificate for Scheduled Mines

•SABPP Registration, MQA Assessor / Moderator

•Conduct Outcome Based Assessment

•Moderator

•5 - 8 years’ experience training officer in a Board and Pillar trackless mine.
